I needed a reshuffle of my house within the existing footprint. Fairly straightforward apparently but I had my heart set on a japanese soaking bath within quite a small bathroom which others had tried to talk me out of. From the start Tim was open to all my ideas. I sooo appreciated that. He found a way to make it all work and was responsive throughout. Comprehensive plans were submitted to Council and gained approval without any changes needed. I look forward to making the plans a reality.
